For all designation holders:
- All designation holders are required to complete their annual updates for 2020 and 2021.
Updates will not be waived updates. If you need more time or information, please reach out to Client Support.
- Participants who did not complete their 2020 update will need to complete two updates in 2021.
What Online Subscription Memberships are available?
- Two levels of subscription; the Intermediate level at $19.99 per month or the Advanced level at $59.99 per month.
- The National Alliance provides two online subscription memberships that provide 12 months of access to our course content. Participants who enroll in a subscription can earn Continuing Education credit and retake courses they fail almost immediately. Subscriptions include intro, self-study and live, instructor-led courses.
- The subscription comes with a learning management system to help track your education or those of employees.
I’m a CISR. What can I take to complete my required update?
- One 16-hour CIC course satisfies your 2020 and 2021 update credit (provides two years of update credit)
- Monthly subscription: For a one-time fee, you can access 12 months of unlimited content,
- CISR core courses or start earning the CISR Elite designation
- William T. Hold Seminars
- Dynamics Series- Dynamics of Service (satisfies annual update) and Dynamics Series (2-day program satisfies annual update for 2 years).
- James K. Ruble MEGA Seminars (Online or On-Demand)
I’m a CISR. Can I register for a MEGA Seminar?
Yes! The National Alliance now offers two MEGA Seminars. One is a live, instructor-led live topics course. Each topic is four hours in length; no exam is needed for the Online MEGA seminar. They do count for CE in all 50 States, as well as satisfying your update option.
The On-Demand MEGA is a self-paced recorded webinar with video and presentation slides of our most popular topics. Knowledge checks are scattered throughout the On-Demand MEGA for interactivity. Participants have 60 days to complete the required eight hours of update credit. The On-Demand MEGA does not provide CE, currently.
