Jay Williams is the Head of Faculty & Academic Development for The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. In his role, he is responsible for all faculty and Educational Consultants, as well as overseeing curriculum development by our Academic Directors. He also oversees curricula for our Agency Operations, Agency Management, and Insurance Company Operations programs. He is an Educational Consultant and a member of our National Faculty, teaching CISR, CIC, Ruble Graduate Seminars, and PROFocus events.
Tabitha DeGirolano
Tabitha joined Utica National in 2021, bringing 20 years of background in agents’ professional liability underwriting, development, education, marketing and advertising, as well as experience in procedural audits and more.
She holds a Property & Casualty insurance license and the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU+) and Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner (CPLP) professional designations. She has been named a Top Specialist Broker by Insurance Business America magazine.
Mark Angelucci
Mr. Angelucci serves as Senior Vice President and Insurance Agents’ Errors & Omissions Segment Officer, as well as overseeing our mono-line liquor legal business, through our Founders Insurance subsidiary.
He joined Utica National in 2013 and previously served as Vice President and Senior Underwriting Officer. He was previously with The Hartford, where he was Underwriting Officer – Marine Lines.
He brings extensive and diverse insurance experience to his position, with a background in underwriting, business development, and marketing/sales. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University in St. Bonaventure, New York, and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU); Associate in Risk Management (ARM); and Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) professional designations.
Mr. Angelucci is the past President of the Utica Chapter of the CPCU Society and was Vice Chair of the Franklin Club at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. He was on the Board of Directors of Mohawk Valley Economic Development Growth Enterprise (MV EDGE). He is an industry advisor to the newly formed Insurance Networks Alliance. His community involvement also includes past Board membership for New Hartford Little League.
