Beth began her career in secondary education and made the switch to the corporate world after earning her Master’s in Educational Technology from Michigan State University. She has spent the last six years of her career developing training programs for insurance and risk management professionals. Beth has experience with all facets of learning and development including corporate training, learning management system (LMS) administration and instructional design. She is passionate about leveraging innovative eLearning strategies and tools to create on-demand training experiences for adult learners.
Alivia Cooper, M.S., CRM, CIC Course Author
Alivia co-founded and launched The Insurance Informant, LLC in 2020, and currently serves as a digital insurance influencer for the platform. As the website’s lead contributor, she provides insurance information to a modern generation and mentors upcoming insurance professionals. Alivia was Division 1 athlete and completed both undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Risk Management & Insurance. She has been nationally recognized as the youngest individual to earn the Certified Risk Management designation, and currently sits on the Academy Board of Directors for The National Alliance.
