Michelle Landver, CIC

Michelle is a Principal and Commercial Insurance Broker at Newfront in Los Angeles. Her responsibilities include relationship management, risk strategy, renewal oversight and management and delivering the full scope of Newfront resources to her clients.

Prior to joining Newfront, Michelle was a broker for Marsh McLennan for 9 years, and at regional firm Bolton & Company for 3 years.

In her role, Michelle partners with her clients to deeply understand their risk profile, operations and supply chains. From there, she learns what the clients risk tolerance is, and crafts creative risk mitigation and risk transfer strategies based on client feedback.

Thoughtfully balancing the need to protect the business and its shareholders with managing costs and the fluctuating insurance market, Michelle continuously re-assesses the insurance strategy in tandem with the client to ensure their program evolves over time to align with the company’s needs.

High-touch service, relationships built on trust, and making an impact for clients are the cornerstones of what motivates Michelle to partner with companies who are seeking a fresh perspective on their risk management and commercial insurance program.
