Benefit Level Adjustment Factor

Factors calculated for each state by the National Council on Compensation Insurance (or other workers compensation rating agencies) representing the impact of regulatory changes on workers’ compensation costs. Benefit level adjustment factors are used to trend historical losses to current benefit levels.
