Host Dustyne Bryant, CIC, CISR, MBA, talks with Aaron Gordon, CAPI, CCIC, of Gordon Companies Insurance Services to discuss what it’s like as a rising millennial in the insurance industry. Aaron is a second-generation insurance professional working to merge his parent’s “boutique-style” insurance agency with modern insurance technology for the first time. He’s finding success everywhere he turns but has found recently that the hiring pool of available qualified insurance professionals is quite murky. Aaron discusses the difficulty he has had with hiring while Dustyne explores whether the CISR High School Program and University Associate Programs offered by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, might be the solution to this growing industry struggle.
