In this Episode, Dustyne Bryant becomes fast friends with Elisa Stampf, CEO/Co-Founder of Insure Equality, Inc. and discovers their commonality as older millennials. The two talk about the differences between an extrinsic and intrinsic career focus, DE&I (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion), and the mission of Insure Equality. Is there a talent crisis or is there a change shift crisis? Insure Equality was born from a group of individuals sharing their experiences plus a passionate amount of research that brought Elisa to the realization that change must happen. The organization’s focus is to create and bring together resources to access and service the insurance community better. “Insure Equality is here to help companies do a deep dive into their culture and reprioritize people.” To do this, Insure Equalityis working toward holding companies within the insurance industry accountable for elements of their culture (such as integrity, inclusion, recognition, and more) through phoenixrise.org.

Elisa Stampf

CEO/Co-Founder of Insure Equality

Elisa “fell” into insurance over a decade ago. She spent most of her time on the carrier side with regional and national carriers; she was an underwriter for commercial lines and a marketing rep for the Chicagoland area. Throughout her insurance career, Elisa was a sales leader, a trainer, and an advocate for giving campaigns within her companies. She earned six designations and an MBA and has an insatiable appetite for learning and growing. After a brief visit to the agency side, her exit propelled her to co-found a community that pushes everyone forward and welcomes everyone in – Insure Equality.
