Paula Price- Client Success Manager
Paula Price has worked for The National Alliance family for more than 18 years. She started out working in Client Services, then spent 15 years in Academic Development, and most recently has moved over into our IT department working as a demand manager for The Academy and Sales teams. Paula has loved working in each of these departments, as no matter where she is at The National Alliance, she focuses on taking care of our customers and building stronger teams.
Dr. William T. Hold- Co-Founder & Executive Chairman
Dr. William T. Hold, CIC, CPCU, CLU co-founded the Society of CIC in 1969. The Society became The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research in 1993. With a passion for education and commitment to excellence, Dr. Hold has been instrumental in building one of the most prestigious insurance education organizations.
Bob J. Rogers- Life & Health Academic Director
Bob Rogers, CLU, ChFC serves in a consultant capacity as Academic Director for Life and Health programs and CISR High School programs for The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. Bob has been a member of the National Faculty of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) since 1985 and was named as one of seven “Distinguished Faculty Members” of The National Alliance at the 45th-anniversary celebration in 2014.
Dustyne Bryant- Personal Lines Academic Director
Dustyne Bryant MBA, CIC, CISR, is the Personal Lines Academic Director for The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. In her role, Dustyne collaborates with National Alliance faculty and industry colleagues to research and analyze Personal Lines segment trends, data, and coverage in an effort to deliver relevant and quality educational content to growing insurance professionals.
